Orders must be placed by 3 PM on Friday for Saturday delivery.
Important Information:
Orders placed before 4 PM (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
We are not responsible for packages left unattended if no one is available to receive the delivery.
During busy periods (holidays, promotions, Black Friday, Christmas), delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated time frames.
As our handmade and custom-made pieces are crafted just for you, they may take 1-2 additional days before being dispatched.

Returns Policy
At Odyssey, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewellery that you will cherish for years to come. However, if you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review our returns policy carefully before proceeding with your return.
Returns Period
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalisation reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
•Earrings jewellery
•Custom-made pieces
All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging.
How to Return Your Items
1. Securely package your jewellery in its original Odyssey packaging.
2. Complete our Returns Form [insert link] to initiate your return.
3. Ship your return to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and return postage fees will not be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Processing Your Refund
•Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
•Please allow 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.
•Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact our team at info@odysseyatelier.co.uk with the following details:
•Full name
•Order number
•Clear photos of the faulty or incorrect item
Once approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label. You will receive a full refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a different size, length, or material, please email info@odysseyatelier.co.uk with your order details. If your exchange is time-sensitive, we recommend placing a new order while returning the original item for a refund.
Handmade & Custom Orders
As each piece is crafted with care, handmade and custom orders may take 1-2 additional days to be dispatched. We appreciate your patience while we create your jewellery, ensuring it meets our highest standards.
